CA Arpit Kabra brings over 17 years of professional experience spanning Forensic Audits, Due Diligence, Private Equity, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. He has advised a wide spectrum of multinational and large Indian corporates on Mergers & Acquisitions, providing services that include accounting and financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assist and financial advisory on transactions. His industry experience extends across EPC and Infrastructure, Toll Roads, Power, Jewellery, NBFCs, Logistics and Hotels.
Professional Standing
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since June 2009, Arpit currently serves as a Central Council Member of the ICAI and is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has previously served as Chairman of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the ICAI, where he led several strategic initiatives for the profession in the region.
He further holds a Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, complementing his extensive hands-on experience in forensic reviews, fraud investigations and dispute advisory.
